FLA Security Report

FLA Security Report a solution reporting and analyzing users and systems activities for Checkpoint Firewall systems and Checkpoint VPN networks, adapted for system ranging from Checkpoint version 4.0 to NG version. The system performs daily analysis of the trafic and stores results in a central database. Users and system administrators can access the results through a web interface.

Without proper tools, it is almost impossible to ensure maximum benefit from the firewalls you have deployed. Because these systems generate mounds of logs, without tools to automate the process of analyzing and reporting, administrators would spend countless hours attempting to maintain a secure environment and optimum bandwidth allocation while making sure network and system resources are being used for business purposes.

FLA provides in-depth analysis of incoming and outgoing activity through your firewall, VPN or proxy server. This product enables network and firewall administrators to move beyond reactive operations management to proactive network management, eliminating issues and risks before they arise.

FLA Reveals how company employees are using the Internet. FLA will report on type of activity, protocols used, size of file, e-mail abuses and FTP use—even kilobytes transferred by each user. You can use these reports to assess user Internet activity, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and reducing legal liability.

The log files created by firewalls contain information relevant to the entire enterprise, because all connections from the outside world to and from a company's network converge at the firewall and proxy server. FLA benefits security administrators, firewall administrators, network technicians, webmasters, network managers, human resources, legal, CEOs, managers and CIOs.
